About

A practitioner shaped by three systems.

My perspective was formed across Nigeria, Canada, and the United States—through pharmacy, public health, informatics, implementation, and policy research.

From medicines and care delivery to data, policy, and systems.

I began with pharmacy, where the consequences of fragmented information, inconsistent workflows, and uneven access are immediate and personal. That foundation expanded into pharmacy informatics, public health program management, health analytics, healthcare informatics, and health-policy research.

Today, I work at the intersection of evidence and implementation. I am interested in the questions leaders must answer, the data and methods needed to answer them credibly, and the operational conditions that determine whether those answers produce better services and outcomes.

The value of evidence is not only that it is rigorous. It must also be understandable, decision-ready, and built for the people who will use it.

What the cross-jurisdictional perspective adds.

Working across different health-system contexts has made one lesson clear: data infrastructure, institutional capacity, and implementation conditions cannot be assumed. A technically elegant solution may still fail if it ignores workflow, governance, equity, or the people responsible for sustaining it.

That perspective shapes how I approach evaluation and informatics work. I define the decision first, make assumptions explicit, select the method the question earns, and translate the result into practical tools, governance, measures, and next steps.
